Payment Terms
How payments work
All website projects require a deposit before work begins. This secures your place in our schedule and covers initial design and planning.
Standard Projects (Brochure & Business Sites)

General Terms
- Work does not commence until the deposit invoice has been paid in full.
- The website will not be made live until all outstanding payments have been received.
- Monthly care packages are billed on the 1st of each month and are cancellable with 30 days’ written notice.
- Domain names are billed separately on an annual basis and remain the property of the client at all times.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
- KyberTech retains the right to display the completed website in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
